Welcome to Brack & Westee, P.C.

At Brack & Westee, P.C., we build a relationship with our clients and treat them with respect and personal attention. We have more than 40 years of combined experience serving the citizens of the State of Georgia, including the city of Dalton and the greater Atlanta-metro area. Attorneys Gregory Brack and Philip Westee

Gregory Brack has been practicing law since 1990. He is an experienced litigator, but also understands that sometimes litigation is not the best answer. His personality and ability to network make him a skilled negotiator.

Philip Westee has practiced law since 1986 and combines his talent as a litigator with academic service and advocacy. His work inside and outside of the courtroom has influenced the law and those who practice it.

Experience, Knowledge and Preparation

Our goal is to thoroughly prepare cases so that they may settle before going to trial. Two of our recent successes include confidential multi-million dollar medical malpractice settlements — one that settled without having to file a lawsuit and one that was filed but did not end up going to trial.

Let's Talk About How We Can Help

Our office is located in a fully refurbished, pre-civil war building in Marietta, Georgia. Our clients know us and our staff by first names — in fact, some clients stop by to visit even after their case is over. We want to get to know you, in order to better serve you.

Please call us today at 770-884-1694 or send an e-mail. Your initial consultation is free.
